User Guide:

1. Please download the JPTV apk file on the following link:

                   http://www.tde-mall.com/u_file/1804/file/598b34f3f2.apk 

      

2. Copy the “*.APK” file to a USB disk.

3. Insert the USB disk onto box. Install the APK from the USB disk according to the onscreen prompts on your device.

4. Run the APK. When paid, we will give you an user account (user & password). Plz keep it carefully. Plz input the user account to activate it.


Warning:

1. Each device can try 3-days free test ONLY ONCE. Later, please buy 1-year subscription.

2. It’s virtual product. Once activated, NO return and refund.

Trouble Shooting:

1. Flash back in apk installation

That means your box is not compatible with the apk. Please re-install the apk or change a box to try it.

2. Freeze or cycle while watching

1) Reboot (power off & on) both your WiFi/LAN router and box and try again. ------ This step is most important.

2) Please check your network connection and internet speed. The required bandwidth (speed) for SD (standard)  channels should be not less than 2Mbits, for HD (High Definition) channels should be not less than 4Mbits. The more, the better.

3) Press OK key to reload.

4) Switch to another channel then go back the problem channel. Sometime the problem channel can be back to normal after a switch.

3. If your device is spoiled, how to move your subscription to new box?

Please tell us your user account, we can help to unlock it. Later please activate it on new box but ONLY ONCE for each code.
